Creamy Peach Pie recipe

Perfect for hot summer days or tired evenings, this easy-bake pie uses a premade pie shell to cut preparation time in half. Just fill, bake, and enjoy fresh peach pie.


One 9-inch unbaked pie shell
4 cups peeled, sliced peaches (about 2 to 3 pounds)
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 cup whipping cream


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; toss well to coat. Spread evenly inside pie shell.

3. Pour cream evenly over the top. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 50 minutes, until firm and golden brown.

4. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
