Peach Salsa recipe

Served over meats, seafood, and alongside tortillas, this salsa will wow and delight your guests both young and old.


3 peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 fresh hot chili pepper, seeded and minced
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar


Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
