Raspberry and Peach Smoothie recipe

Cool down and recharge with a fruit-packed smoothie. Great for breakfast, afternoon snacks, or a workout refresher, this recipe is wholesome and delicious.

Ingredients:

½ cup apple juice
½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup partially frozen sliced peaches
½ cup partially frozen raspberries
1 ½ cup ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; puree until smooth and serve.
